Reel Escape Outfitters commits to upholding the utmost safety standards. However, it's important to acknowledge that certain risks, inherent to the activities we offer, remain beyond our control and cannot be completely mitigated. Before embarking on a trip with us, please be informed about these risks, given that fishing and boating carry inherent dangers.

WAIVER AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY

By signing below, I acknowledge and accept that, in exchange for the services provided by Reel Escape Outfitters, including its officers, employees, contractors, agents, or representatives, I am willingly agreeing to absolve REEL ESCAPE OUTFITTERS of any responsibility for harm. This indemnification extends to myself, as well as my heirs, successors, personal representatives, and estate. I fully understand and recognize that the activity I am choosing to participate in carries inherent and unexpected risks, which may lead to various forms of harm, including but not limited to physical or mental injury, death, sickness, or damage to my belongings, or that of bystanders or others involved.

POSSIBLE HAZARDS include, but are not limited to: fatal accidents, drowning, physical injuries, sunburn, dehydration, bites from insects or animals, interactions with wildlife, and other dangers that may arise during activities such as wading, boating, both guided and unguided fishing, and related activities. I explicitly agree and commit to personally accept and bear all risks of harm, whether it be to myself, others, or my possessions, resulting from my involvement in these activities. By endorsing this agreement, I am fully aware that should any injury or property damage occur during my participation in these events, I relinquish any right to pursue claims or initiate legal action against REEL ESCAPE Outfitters, including its officers, agents, contractors, and employees.

HEALTH CONDITION: I declare that, to the best of my knowledge, I, the participant, have no physical limitations preventing me from engaging in all activities provided by REEL ESCAPE Outfitters, including but not limited to fishing, boating, getting on or off the vessel, or consuming any food or drinks prepared by the outfitter or their agents. I affirm that I possess adequate health, accident, and liability insurance to cover any personal injuries or property damage I might sustain or cause to others during this event. In the absence of such insurance, I acknowledge my ability to bear the cost of such damages or liabilities personally. In the event that I or any minor under my care requires emergency medical services, I will not hold REEL ESCAPE OUTFITTERS responsible for the medical or emergency treatment or its adequacy. REEL ESCAPE OUTFITTERS retains the authority to refuse service to anyone deemed unable to safely meet the demands of fishing-related activities.

LIFE JACKETS/PERSONAL FLOTATION DEVICES: I recognize that REEL ESCAPE Outfitters will supply life jackets for myself and any minors with me, and it is strongly recommended that these be worn at all times while aboard the boat, within the vicinity of the marina or launch area, or whenever directed. Choosing not to wear the life jacket is at my own risk. It is mandatory to wear an appropriate personal flotation device at all times when the boat is powered, with no exceptions.

DISCHARGE AND RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I am fully aware and accept that the activity I am willingly participating in carries inherent and unforeseeable risks, as detailed in this document. I explicitly consent to take on all responsibilities associated with these risks during my participation in this event, and understand that I forfeit any right to pursue claims or initiate legal actions against REEL ESCAPE Outfitters, including its officers, contractors, agents, or employees. By agreeing to this document, I, individually or as the parent or guardian of any minor accompanying me, unequivocally discharge and absolve REEL ESCAPE OUTFITTERS and/or their representatives from any liability, costs, expenses, claims, and damages that may arise due to any accident, illness, injury, or death of any person, or damage to property connected with the participation in any activity or service provided by REEL ESCAPE OUTFITTERS, irrespective of the circumstances, including those caused by negligence of the guide, its agents, contractors, or employees, or resulting from the condition or malfunction of the vessel, equipment, or activities.
